You can't eat the antlers, but you can't eat the frost bitten steaks either.
It looks cold doing that in the snow. But I guess if the deer is still warm...yuck:)
Next time skip the steaks and ground and process the whole thing into Jerke or summer sausage. . . . that stuff wont make it to next year ---Matt
